Beta version: please enter made-up patients only, never real patient details.

PDR · Project Doctor

Terms of use

Beta version. Version draft-2026-10. This plain-language text covers the PDR beta. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before PDR opens to everyone. During the beta, enter made-up patients only.

What PDR is

PDR (Project Doctor) is a web service that helps clinics manage appointments, patient records, billing and messages. These terms are between your clinic and the PDR team running the PDR beta.

Your account and your team

The person who creates a clinic is its owner and is responsible for what happens in it, including who is invited and what they can see. Keep passwords private. Tell us quickly if you think an account has been misused.

Free trial and payment

A new clinic starts with a free trial and no card. After the trial and a short grace period the clinic becomes read-only until a plan is paid for. Prices are shown on the billing screen. GST is added where it applies.

Read-only means nothing is deleted: records stay visible and you can always export your data.

Your data belongs to your clinic

Patient and clinic records you enter remain yours. You are responsible for having the patient’s permission to store their information and for using it lawfully. We process it only to run the service for you.

You can export your data at any time. If you ask us to delete your clinic, we will do so and tell you what, if anything, must be kept by law or in backups.

Using the service properly

Do not try to access another clinic’s data, overload the service, or use it to send unwanted messages. We may suspend a clinic that puts others at risk, and will tell the owner why.

PDR helps you keep records and write messages. It does not give medical advice, and clinical decisions stay with your doctors.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PDR available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features and will give notice of changes that matter. We may update these terms and will ask you to accept a new version where required.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for loss is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

Contact

During the beta, sign in and open Help, then Contact the PDR team, or speak to the person who invited you. Full company and contact details will be listed here before PDR opens to everyone.
